Description of video	Scenes from Asia (S. Korea, Japan, China) at European frame rates, including, HD progressive 50.00 fps and interlaced 25.00 fps (with 10-bit 4:2:2 and 8-bit 4:2:0) and PAL 25.00 fps
Purpose	Test an encoder to deal with HD video, with all aspects of global and local motion, slow/medium/fast motion, with panning, scrolling, rotation, smooth and erratic, high/low contrast, with limited colours/vivid colours and many common subject types
